So after playing in the 1.9 beta patch on steam, I come to two conclusions about it. The first, it is a great idea for people who don't want to have to use different attacks with their character builds. If you want to be a mage, now you can focus only on the magical skills to level up and not have to switch to warrior or thief skills just to earn more perks and gain more stamina/hp/mp. Two, I really hope that there is more to making a skill legendary than just being able to re-level it. Some kind of passive or even hidden bonus with be good, especially since you do forfeit the perks till you re-level the skill. If you a 2h warrior then your giving up the extra damage and special attack just to re-level the skill and earn more perks and stats. Maybe this is something they will add to with more DLC.
